It's more than 9 months since I took delivery of a Lexus IS 250. As I look back further, I am quite surprised at what has transpired. My mind was pretty much made up to buy the new C Class Mercedes Benz, before I parked next to an IS 250. I was impressed by the quality of the paintwork and intrigued by the folded wing mirrors. The styling was also different from every other Lexus I had seen before... much more exciting and distinctive.

Whilst the facilities at the Mercedes showroom were excellent and the staff very professional, I noticed a degree of warmth and welcome that was more apparent at the Lexus showroom, allied by an enthusiasm that was very genuine.

I have found all the people at Lexus in Indooroopilly failingly polite and helpful, something that is becoming rare in this busy and fast moving world. I have enjoyed using the gym and lounge and dropping in for coffee whenever I could. Though I have yet to have my Lexus serviced, I am already familiar with the Service staff and the same enthusiasm and friendliness extends to those members of staff.

It’s always pleasant to come across an organisation that excels in so many ways... especially to see that excellence day in and day out... that is truly exceptional. My thanks and admiration to all of you at Lexus. Finally, it seems my feelings about Lexus is not unique, judging by the favourable comments from other Lexus owners at the recent Lexus Lifestyle day my wife and I attended at Sirromet Winery. That was a most enjoyable day – a special thanks to Peter and his supporting team.
