1. Booking and storage conditions

  • Minimum of five (5) days notice is required to book this service
  • Acceptance is subject to availability of storage space, so to avoid disappointment we encourage you to book this service as early as possible
  • The service is limited to customers who will be away for four (4) days or more
  • The service is only available to customers who –
    • purchased their vehicle from the Lexus of Brisbane group of dealerships including –Indooroopilly, Fortitude Valley, Southport and Caloundra
    • own a new or pre-owned vehicle which is covered under Lexus Encore Program or Manufacturer’s new car warranty
  • Your vehicle will not be released from Qantas Valet until all outstanding charges are paid. See ‘Valet Charges’ link for further information on Qantas Valet charges. Valet service and prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Booking procedure

  • When booking this service, please fax the attached airport storage form with the full details of your departure/arrival date and times to the Lexus Kedron Service area on (07) 3361 0078
